Artist Corner Persona Fest – 2019
This year MIT School of Fine Art And Applied Art organized Artist corner workshop and stall for Persona fest 2019. The concept of this workshop was students can learn and experience our traditional art and represent their art work in new way. In this workshop artist gave demonstration of their art style also students worked with them and studied our traditional art. Four artists from different traditional and tribal art came from Mumbai, Orissa and Chhattisgarh with their art works. Total 27 students have participated in this workshop. The Four days workshop has been beneficial for our students. It was new experience for them. They were excited on demonstration and presentations from the guest artists. They took this opportunity to interact with the experts and discuss their new technique understanding to solve few of their practical problems that they faced while working. Students were extremely happy and satisfied by the experts’ tips and suggestions which will help them in their future.
